It is a three-year-old yeast born out of Dough Pit and Nicole Doughman. Raised on White Flour (Unbleached) and filtered water. Notes: Lite sour Taste
Yeast of Burden
It is a new yeast not ready for baking, but is fed White Whole wheat premium flour (unbleached) and filtered water. Notes: Medium sour taste
Coming Soon: Chocolate-flavored yeast, coffee-infused yeast (experimental), Whole Wheat brown Premium Flour yeast.
